The project involved creating a new platform for a non-profit organization to make member participation and support for the organization easier.
Visitors could find activities more quickly, register, receive updates through newsletters and make donations without unnecessary steps.
The previous experience was confusing, with information and functions scattered across different locations. The new approach emphasized a clear structure, simpler navigation and a stable foundation for future growth.

The main difficulty was that users could not easily understand what they could do on the platform or where they needed to go. Information about activities, updates and donations was scattered, causing visitors to become confused and leave before completing an action.
