NoteDock - Admin Notes & Checklists

Private admin notes and checklists where the work happens.

Adds notes, tasks and checklists inside the WordPress admin: Dashboard, posts, pages, WooCommerce products, taxonomies, custom post types and supported admin screens.

Where it helps

  • Site owners
  • Editors
  • Agencies
  • Shop managers

What it does

  • Notes on the Dashboard, posts, pages, products, public CPTs and taxonomy terms.
  • Each note can be a simple message, a task or a checklist with progress.
  • Color, priority, due date, expiration date, pin, collapse, replies and archive flow.
  • Visibility options: personal, global, role-based or assigned user.
  • A NoteDock > All screen with search, filters, status, visibility, context and due dates.
  • Optional NoteDock column in admin lists for note count or preview.

When it helps most

01

Client handoff

Leave instructions directly on the page, product or taxonomy item where the change belongs.

02

Editorial workflow

Keep small tasks, feedback and checklists inside WordPress instead of scattered emails or chats.

03

Shop management

Track product changes, priorities, deadlines or internal instructions for the team.

Frequently asked questions

Can visitors see the notes?

No. Notes appear only in the WordPress admin area and only to users who have permission to view them.

Can I create a note only for myself?

Yes. Personal visibility makes the note visible only to the user who created it.

Can I assign a note to another user?

Yes. You can choose an assigned user and, when email notifications are enabled, notify them about that specific note.

Does it require WooCommerce or Elementor?

No. NoteDock works without WooCommerce or Elementor. If supported editable items from those tools exist, it can work with them too.
